Meet The Face Behind 99 Exposure

I’m Datasha Ball, the proud owner of 99 Exposure’s Louisville location. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Ever since I was young, I have been ambitious and driven. So, when I realized how progressive the field of sales and marketing was and how quickly I could move up the ladder, I was hooked. I applied to an advertisement, landed the position, and got so much hands-on marketing experience that in 2019, I established 99 Exposure with the goal of offering others the same opportunity.

Things have changed considerably since I started the business. We used to promote and work with tangible products. But since the pandemic, we have been focusing on and working with clients offering virtual services like AT&T. 

Parts of the marketing field that I most enjoy are the travel opportunities, chances to learn and be mentored, and seeing how it changes people’s lives. In 2021, watching a new employee of mine go from being homeless and not having a car to being able to pay off $2k debt, buy a car and get an apartment all in six weeks was genuinely inspirational. 

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty, integrity, loyal nature, and no-excuse policy.

I attribute my success to my hard work and hands-on approach to sales and marketing. Of course, I teach individuals how to do things right, but I never just sit back and let others do all the work. I jump right in there and lead from the front. 

Being witness to the success of my firm and the carry-over effect that has resulted in personal growth and progress for my employees has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

I have a few different hobbies and interests when I am not at work. However, I most enjoy travel, shopping, cooking and relaxing with family and friends.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
